Without proper records the commercial balance of the bargain may be upset by an inability to establish or defend claims.

This training session looks at the importance of records and at what records should be kept and to what standard. 

The areas covered include:

  • Why are records needed?
  • Consistency and monitoring
  • What records to keep
  • Objective not emotional
  • Subcontractor obligations
  • When a risk event occurs

All of our training courses and seminars can be given to a small group of 5 or so delegates up to 50 or more delegates depending on topic and the client’s requirements.
