This year already been a busy time for Codobo Law. Some of the work we have recently been involved with includes:
- Providing training seminars on the NEC3 contract to a client involved in a number of large infrastructure projects.
- Defending adjudication proceedings, getting the claim entirely rejected.
- Completing the procurement of a number of school projects.
- Ongoing litigation in the TCC in Birmingham, Bristol and London.
Sean Campbell has also completed training, and has become, an accredited mediator and is now taking on mediator appointments. The very significant increase in court fees for commencing proceedings is likely to see a continued increase in the use of mediation and we are pleased to be able to assist solicitors and their clients who wish to mediate their disputes.
Codobo has recently acquired new offices on the Paintworks development in south Bristol. These new premises provided the space we needed for our growing team.
